Healthy teeth during the Holidays

“It’s the most wonderful time of the year!!” Stockings filled with toys , candies, and peppermint canes. Pies, cookies, cakes,  and other sweets awaits for  your long overdue welcome; how rude would it be if you were to ignore their sweet gesture? Ok , ok I know it’s hard trust me I’m with you !

The good news is that you don’t have to skip your  candy buffet line ! You can simply eat a dessert and brush/floss your teeth afterward. By brushing after , this will not give sugar a chance to dissolve and leave their signature on your teeth.

If brushing your teeth after every dessert seems impossible , choose another snack.. more like a healthy snack! Fruit, veggies, nuts are always a great resource for satisfying that sweet craving and has other great benefits for keeping not only your teeth in its healthiest state but your body as well.
